Positions for Associate Writers:
All positions are on a voluntary basis, but if you prove your skills, faith in God and loyalty to When Magazine, our future may provide for paid positions.

Positions for Associate Writers:
We are currently seeking Positive, (God-Inspired Preferred) writers for our magazine. We receive a numerous amount of messages from people interested in writing for this magazine, however we do require some experience to be accepted as an associate writer. You will be interviewed briefly by the publisher to see where your talents lie, then placed on a trial basis when approved by the publisher.

Submitting written articles by email for our publisher's approval is the first step to becoming an associate writer.

Positions for Interviewing Reporters:
Reporters are needed for telephone and personal interviews of individuals to be published in our magazine. Some journalism experience is preferred. Our interviewing reporter must be computer literate and upbeat. An outgoing personality is essential! This is a voluntary position, but you will be attaining skills and experience in Journalism that will carry throughout your career, and you will have the potential at being monetarily compensated at the end of a seven month trial period.

Position for Advertising/Marketing Specialist:
An Advertiser/Marketer is needed for spreading the word about our magazine. Some experience in Advertising/Marketing/Sales required. This is a voluntary position at first with potential for pay as we grow into the future. You will attain skills and experience in this advertising and marketing that will carry throughout your career. Must be positive, up-beat, enthusiastic, and have faith in When magazine.

Position for Assistant and Specialty Editors:
An Assistant Editor AND (Specialty Editors - if you have a certain topic of interest) are needed for our team. Some experience with writing and/or editing required. You will be assisting the Chief Editor by preparing articles to be published, and occasionally helping the magazine in other areas such as writing editorials. Must have positive attitude and be a DEDICATED team player. This is a voluntary position with potential for pay as we grow into the future. As well, You will attain valuable skills in journalism that will carry throughout your life.

Position for Human Resource/Public Relations Manager:
A Human Resource "person" is wanted to keep track of "already established" associates and staff members. Their duty will be to follow up on writers, etc. when they have not submitted in a long period of time, as well as assist the online publisher & chief editor with hiring procedures, and other possible tasks.

Position for Photography Director:
The Photography Director will be in charge of all the pictures that are shown in the magazine and/or website - will report to Editor in Chief as well as Online Publisher and Human Resource/Public Relations Manager. You will assist in finding and making the final decisions as to what photographs that will be attached to ALL of our articles. (that is our goal: photo for ALL articles.) You will also be in charge of locating the credits for the photograph and making sure that we have printing rights for that particular picture.
