Peggy Sue Yarber is a believer in Christianity, a wife and a mother. She loves her family and she prays daily. Peggy is currently in the educational field. She has been involved in education for over twenty years. She has a PhD in psychology, and she began writing at a young age. She was noticed first in 5th grade when she wrote a short story that had the words, "...the crisp smell of hot dogs" and her teacher, Mrs. Bidlack, told her to always to continue to write. So as she says, "I have been writing ever since. I first wrote poetry and had many poems published. But as we all know, writing does not pay the bills." Her next creative endeavor was art. She has an art degree from the College of Santa Fe, a master’s degree in English from Iowa State University, a PhD in psychology from NorthCentral University, a teaching credential for junior and high school from Sonoma State University, a master’s in education administration from California State University Bakersfield and even a certificate in hypnosis! At Iowa State University Peggy received the Pearl Hogreffe writing fellowship. She has just recently finished a novel and is in the process of working with a publisher.
